MIT App Inventor

UCLA Economic Forecast App

As a part of our mobile app project, we had to create our own app using MIT App Inventor. I worked with a group of six on a mobile app called UCLA ANDERSON FORECAST. This is a sample of our app that we designed. The idea for this app was given to us by Dr. Jerry Nickolsburg. The app is supposed to display all the economic data in California for the years 2012-2015. We had a difficult time taking in a lot of information into the app with a little bit of time to work on it. Our plan for this app was to create a table with the years that would lead to the economic information for that year.

PONG

This is my first app that I created using MIT App Inventor. As a part of pur project, my teammate and I  followed a tutorial on the game of Pong.  We tried to make motifications for the game.  We wanted to change the number of alives for this game. Although we did not succeed in making that change, we learned not to give up. This project was a good experience; we learned a new program and delved into it.

If you would like to play Pong scan the code on the right.
